How to Auto-Sync messages
The following is a guide for automatically syncing messages into HubSpot.
- Head over to the HubSpot Integration Settings page.
- Make sure your "Integration permission" is turned "on".
- Turn on your "Auto-Sync permission" .
- Head over to your WhatsApp Web, open the HubSpot sidebar and click "Accept" your permission change.
- For first time users, you'll see a permission request for Cooby to read your WhatsApp messages. Click "Accept" to complete the setup.
- Done! Your Auto-Sync is set up and should see messages show up on HubSpot soon.
