Create HubSpot Contacts

To create a new contact, open your Hubspot Sidebar and open a WhatsApp contact that is not linked with a HubSpot contact.

  1. Click on Create and you'll see a list of contact properties you can fill in.

Note: Phone number will be automatically filled and won't be editable (this is to establish a linked contact).
  1. Fill in your desired fields and click Create.
  2. You can view the contact's HubSpot page by clicking on the HubSpot icon next to their name.
