How do I manually sync my conversations to Workspace?

To sync work / customer conversations to Workspace, simply follow the three steps below:
- In your Cooby Extension, hover over the Workspace tab and click on the three-dotted icon right beside it.
- Click on "Edit chats in tab".
- Select work / customer conversations one by one OR click on "select all" for bulk syncing.
If you are using your personal WhatsApp number, make sure that you only add work conversations to the Workspace tab as everything in that tab will be synced and shared with your teammates.
