Updating your billing information

If you need to change your card, billing account name, billing address, or apply your tax ID for any reason, you can enter your new details from the Cooby.

For adding additional billing recipients to your account to ensure they also receive billing-related emails, kindly contact Cooby Support.

Changing your billing information

  1. Go to Plans & billing
  2. Click Manage subscription at the upper right corner
  3. Click Update information or Add payment method
  4. Click Save or Add to save your changes.
You cannot change your account email in the billing information field as it will affect your Cooby account.
