How can I filter the view of my Workspace Conversations?

See what you want, when you want with Cooby's filtering system. You are able to filter according to two aspects: tags and accounts
To filter according to team member:
- Head on over to your Workspace
- Click on the "team member" filter found on the upper right side of your screen
- Select your team member of choice and click apply
You will then only see the conversations synced by that specific team member.
To filter according to tags:
- Click on the "tag" filter
- Select your tag of choice and click apply
You will then only see conversations that have been labeled with your custom tag of choice.
