How do I sync WhatsApp conversations to HubSpot?

There are two ways to sync your WhatsApp conversations to HubSpot:
- Auto Sync - every time you log into Cooby Extension with your WhatsApp account, the conversations would automatically be synced into Cooby Workspace.
- Manual Sync - user would have to manually select conversations to sync
* Do note that conversations will only be synced and be visible on HubSpot if the phone number has been linked to a HubSpot contact
How to automatically sync WhatsApp conversations to HubSpot:
- Open your Cooby Extension
- Click on the integration button on the upper right section of the screen
- Click on the ‘Log WhatsApp Conversation button’ and select "auto sync entire conversation history"
How to manually sync WhatsApp conversations to HubSpot:
- Open your Cooby Extension
- Click on the integration button on the upper right section of the screen
- Click on the ‘Log WhatsApp Conversation button’ and click on "Manually select messages to sync" button
