Chat View allows you to view any Auto-synced chat in an easy to read format.
It is a Cooby hosted page that displays the chat in its original form with the syncer on the right side, and all other participants on the left side.
How to find Chat View
Chat View is only available for Auto-synced messages. You can find the link in any of the Logged WhatsApp messages on HubSpot.
Note: If you don't see Logged WhatsApp messages on your HubSpot page click on Filter activity and check "WhatsApp".
How to share Chat View
You can easily share the conversation with your coworkers by sharing the link to a particular Chat View.
Simply click on the Copy share link button on the top-right corner.
