Cooby supports 2 ways to sync WhatsApp messages into HubSpot:
Auto-sync
This will automatically sync all chats from linked contacts into HubSpot.
Manual-sync
You can also manually sync selected chats to HubSpot. This can be found on the HubSpot contact card for any linked contact.
