To manually sync WhatsApp messages, open your Hubspot Sidebar and open a WhatsApp contact that is linked with a HubSpot contact.

  1. Click on + Log next to WhatsApp Messages.
  2. Click on Select messages.

  1. Select the start point and the end point of your desired messages in the chat window
  1. Review the selected messages, you can optionally remove any unwanted messages
