Create HubSpot Notes

To create a note, open your Hubspot Sidebar and open a WhatsApp contact that is linked with a HubSpot contact.

  1. Click on + Add next to Notes.
  1. Fill in your note.
  1. You can optionally attach WhatsApp messages to a note and it will be displayed on the created note.
  1. You can also associate the note with other HubSpot records (contacts, company, tickets, deals).
